These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Posteko, a service published by Andrianaivo Andriniaina Fredo (Entreprise Individuelle), Madagascar (see our legal notice). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Posteko.
1. Description of the service
Posteko is a tool that helps you create, personalize, schedule and publish content for LinkedIn and Facebook, with the help of artificial intelligence, and track the performance of your posts.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Posteko to:
- Publish illegal, misleading, hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Send spam or automate abusive behavior.
- Violate the terms of LinkedIn, Facebook or any other third-party service.
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or import. You grant us only the license necessary to host, process and publish that content to the accounts you connect, as part of the service. You are responsible for the content you publish.
5. AI-generated content
Posteko generates suggestions using artificial intelligence. This content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any content before it is published. Posteko does not guarantee the results obtained.
6. Third-party platforms
The service integrates with LinkedIn and Facebook. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or decisions by those platforms that affect publishing or metrics.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Posteko offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro), billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; paid access remains active until the end of the current period. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its brand and its software belong to Posteko. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to those elements to you, other than the right to use the service in accordance with the Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Posteko disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of data, revenue or opportunities arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. In case of a significant change, we will notify you. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
